Account Manager (Acquiring)



Hi! We're on the lookout for a vibrant Account Manager (Acquiring) to join Noda, a licensed UK Payment Institution and the brains behind an innovative Open Banking payments platform. If you're fueled by fintech excitement and seek a global career journey, keep reading!


As an junior-mid Account Manager, you will oversee the account handling, issue resolving, and accurate record-keeping side of partnership management within a fast-growing European FinTech. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for multiple partners;
  • Ensuring correct and timely communication with acquiring partners;
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping, document filing, and archiving;
  • Proactively and efficiently resolving any issues and questions with internal and external stakeholders (including technical, financial, legal, and accounting teams);
  • Managing end-to-end KYC and onboarding process with acquiring partners;
  • Acting as a junior project manager of the Acquiring project;
  • Making ad hoc and planned audits of the above-mentioned documents and details;
  • Taking on other responsibilities as required within the scope of the role;
  • Taking on other responsibilities as required within the project growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Legal Studies or equivalent;
  • Around 2 years of work experience in a similar role in the payments services industry, ideally within the FinTech environment;
  • A good grasp of Excel and attention to detail when it comes to data maintenance and analysis;
  • Independence in task management;
  • Proactivity in resolving arising issues.

Nice to have:

  • A good understanding of acquiring / card processing would be a big advantage;
  • Experience managing KYC and onboarding processes;
  • Experience in project management.
