We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our leadership team and drive our commercial initiatives to the next level. The CCO will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening our partnerships with banks and payment companies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy which aims to align business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and expand our network of partners, including banks, payment companies, and other strategic alliances.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and markets for our all-in-one POS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product development.
- Drive the development of value propositions, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the sales and business development teams, setting clear targets and KPIs.
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Shopbox as a dual management team.
- Proven track record in senior commercial roles, ideally within the fintech or POS industry.
- Strong understanding of scaling commercial teams in Saas companies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth and profitability.
