RoadBird
As COO, you will lead RoadBird’s sales, marketing, and operational functions, drive critical scaling initiatives, and manage strategic relationships. You’ll play a key role in developing a retailer installation shop concept and network while ensuring operational efficiency for scaling.
- Sales & Marketing: Oversee and organize marketing strategies and sales operations.
- Operational Scaling: Ensure resources and processes are optimized for fast, sustainable growth.
- Business Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships, particularly with installation retailers.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Manage sensitive data in line with fintech compliance standards.
- Leadership: Inspire, lead, and expand a high-performing team aligned with RoadBird’s mission.
- Experience: Proven track record in senior operations roles, ideally within fintech or similar tech ventures in the Nordics or Europe.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop scalable processes and systems.
- Network Development: Experience building or expanding retailer networks.
- Commitment: Available full-time with no other significant engagements.
- Investment Readiness: Ability to make a primary investment in RoadBird, with capital available from previous successful exits.
