About the Role

As our new Customer Excellence Agent, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through their banking journey with Lunar. Your goal will be to turn every customer interaction into a delightful experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline customer support processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Prior experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus, but not required.
