Position title
Head of Business Development and Transformation

As a Head of Business Development & Business Transformation, you will be coordinating the delivery of strategic business projects and initiatives requiring significant organizational change and transformation in its wide scope for German and neighboring geographies, from identifying opportunities for improvement into developing change strategies and monitoring progress against the financial objectives.

  • Developing business rationale and financial case for driving a change initiative to obtain senior leadership buy-in
  • Supporting in bringing new and developing existing partnerships driving development of distribution channels
  • Bringing up new initiatives and ideas on how to accelerate the revenue growth but solving customers and partners problems
  • Analysing data and reports to determine changes needed in order to increase organizational operating model efficiency
  • Leading the prioritization process and alignment between the wider organization
  • Owning end-to-end delivery of a strategic initiative
  • Monitoring progress of the key projects to ensure timely execution and realization of the assumed revenue growth
  • Allocating resources required within the organization to obtain an optimal set-up and flexibility in growth initiatives management
  • Seeking for new operating models and engaging with external vendors to accelerate change delivery
  • Building communication and engagement plans to bring employees, customers and partners on the change journey
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of business transformation, business development and strategy development
  • Previous experience in FinTech industry
  • Project management and leadership experience in complex organizational structures as well as strong communication and persuasive skills,
  • Knowledge about financial technology solutions,
  • Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken,
  • Must demonstrate transferable skills and international background to be able to address the broad scope of the challenges and initiatives to take onboard
  • Acting as a liaison between different teams to align on the business objectives and desired customer process improvement excellent communication
  • Problem-solving and influencing skills to make organization work together for the common objective
  • Individual who can demonstrate passion for change and be able to think strategically to manage multiple projects on the same time.
  • High organizational capabilities and discipline to manage to and execute an agreed strategic plan
