As the Head of Marketing, your main responsibility will be managing the Treyd brand and overseeing all demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for marketing, brand building, and a creative mindset. The customer base includes +700 retailers, distributors, and e-commerce companies from various industries in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, and the UK.
The primary customers, e-commerce companies, hold a special place in our hearts due to their exceptional marketing skills. Their expertise extends beyond generating brand awareness; they are virtually masters in this field. If campaigns like Chimi's collaboration with Elsa Hosk or Boxbollen's star-studded campaigns featuring A-list US celebrities have caught your eye, then you're speaking our language.
- Establish the marketing strategy, plan and priorities for all markets, both tactically and long-term, to support current sales and revenue targets for existing and new customers.
- Enhance and optimise customer acquisition from inbound sources, working closely with the sales team to improve outbound efforts.
- Manage Treyd’s key marketing channels:
- Website
- Owned social media
- Paid media, primarily Linkedin, Meta, and Google Ads
- Events
- PR
- Partnerships, including co-marketing campaigns
- Treyd Secrets podcast
- Email marketing
- Lead the development of our brand strategy and tone of voice.
- Continue developing our content concept Treyd Secrets including our own podcast under the same name.
- Create a demand generation strategy to increase awareness and demand for Treyd across all marketing channels.
- Conduct customer research, create Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) definitions, and segment the market in accordance with commercial goals and buyer personas.
- Devise a content marketing strategy and oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Handle relationships with relevant agencies (currently a design agency and performance marketing freelancers).
- Oversee our go-to-market strategy for new market expansion.
- Responsible for budgeting, ensuring that budget priorities align with business goals.
