We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing project management, quarterly planning, weekly performance reports and updates, cross-department alignment and collaboration, and more. As the Swiss army knife of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategies and driving business growth.

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining our marketing operations, ensuring efficient processes and implementing new technologies. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in monitoring and analysing marketing performance data, identifying key insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimise our marketing campaigns. Collaborating with various teams, such as Sales, Product, and Data, you will facilitate cross-department alignment to maximise business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute marketing strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives
  • Oversee project management and ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and reporting to monitor marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to provide real-time insights and track KPIs
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to support marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and analytics
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management and/or analytics with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fintech industry or a similar sector
  • Experience with marketing attribution and ROI analysis
  • Experience in BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages for data analysis
