We are looking for a product manager for our electronic signature and trust services suite of products, enabling clients to securely sign legally binding documents in automated process flows. See https://www.signicat.com/products/electronic-signing/electronic-signature-api
As a product manager you will work closely with sales, marketing, our customers, and the rest of the product team to validate requirements and define product strategies & roadmaps. In this position you will report to the tribe lead of the "Sign API" Tribe.
Each month, millions of signatures are completed in Signicat’s sign platform. As product manager, you will be core in devising the future of this Product Suite to fulfil our customers’ needs even better. Signicat is also a leading qualified trust service provider, offering trust services complementary to signing, such as timestamping, signature validation and preservation. You will own these services, too.
1. We’re building the right products, by:
- participating in sales and marketing events, prospect/client meetings
- analyzing the market, competitors, and our positioning
- defining product scope/strategy which is aligned with company goals
- identifying and validating customer needs and translating them to high-level requirements
- collaborating with the Product Owners to ensure the product backlog/grooming and prioritization reflect the roadmap and business goals
2. Everybody understands what the products do, by:
- aligning product communication with marketing
- prioritizing new functionality and communicating via a roadmap
3. The product has a viable business case, by:
- working closely with finance on pricing, licensing, and product profitability
4. The product delivers according to our promise, by:
- ensuring product launch readiness and sales enablement
- measuring and monitoring product performance
- coordinating decommissioning of products as appropriate
- managing third party supplier relationships
- Experience in digital identity, signature and trust services technologies
- Experience with, or good understanding of a product manager role
- High customer focus and ability to communicate with sales, marketing and customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English at business level
- Analytical skills
