Product Marketing Manager
Description

In this role, you will be working closely together with the marketers, business developers and product managers making sure we create products that bring actual positive, and lasting financial impact for our users.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for market research and competitive analysis to develop user and buyer personas, messaging, segments, pricing, features etc. Together with the product management team you will also assess product market fit for existing products and new products, develop product positioning, value proposition and messaging of new products and features. You will position Anyfin as the differentiated solution in the market we are.

As if that wasn’t enough exciting things, you will also play a vital role in enabling the organization to succeed. You will be responsible for providing product information and training to the organization, and set up communication cadences for the product team.

You will also support CRM and customer growth by providing insights and knowledge about our products and customer segments. As one example it could be to develop and communicate customer journeys and lifecycles.

To make a longer description shorter, what you will be doing is:

  • Gather market intelligence.
  • Close the customer feedback loop to inform the organization and in particular product management about existing and changing needs.
  • Assess product market fit for existing and new products.
  • Develop go to market (GTM) strategies together with product management, marketing and required stakeholders.
  • Drive internal enablement for your portfolio to ensure all teams are launch ready.
Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role we believe that you love to collaborate with different people, bringing them together, and having many things going on at the same time. Managing priorities will be of much importance.

Your stakeholder management skills are from another world. Getting to push vision and creativity gets you going and you also understand the importance of being pragmatic. We believe you know what enough is, the trade off between quality and speed is crucial.

You understand what works in the market and your strive for innovation is what makes you bring things into the world that fascinates. We would love to see a deep passion for creating user friendly products that actually help people.

Additionally we would love to see evidence of the following in your background:

  • Proven track record in market intelligence and product marketing.
  • Experience in digital products: mobile and web applications and working in an international context.
  • A strong business and commercial understanding and understanding what drives customer engagement. This enables you to push design boundaries - If that feels like a “buzzword sentence” it's because it was, but we have a feeling if you know what we mean.
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing.
  • A university degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Having been in a fast growing organization and the fintech industry is meriting but not a requirement.
