Senior Product Manager Payments
Responsibilities
  • Take a leading role in shaping and executing Tink’s overall product strategy and roadmap in the Payments domain
  • Refine and expand Tink’s existing Payments products across a wide variety of markets and customer segments
  • Develop the next generation of Payments products from idea to execution in support of Tink’s strategy
  • Lead developments in a multidisciplinary team and across the organisation for the best end-to-end solutions to customers
  • Manage a team of Product Managers
  • Support our engineering teams in clearly defining and framing customer problems and clearly communicating requirements, roadmap and priorities
  • Have direct interactions with key customers and partners
  • Through internal stakeholder collaboration, gain a strong understanding of our customer's needs (present and future) and develop a cohesive vision of Tink's payment products
Qualifications
  • Experience of analysing customer problems and needs, shaping and delivering product strategy, and articulating product roadmaps
  • A track record of leading complex initiatives: we look for individuals that can get down to nitty-gritty details if needed but even more importantly those who never lose sight of long term objectives
  • Ideally you have worked in the payments industry and have an understanding of the regulatory environment for players in the money flow
  • Passions that you follow - it does not matter whether it’s working with numbers, knowledge of the fintech domain, design or DIY home projects - we love people who have ambitions and persistence to achieve great things
