Stockholm-based investment firm Incore Invest has raised €25 million to launch Incore Invest II, a new fund aimed at accelerating the growth of high-potential SaaS, embedded finance, and fintcech companies across Europe.

“Incore Invest II is the natural evolution of our investment strategy,”
said Nicolai Chamizo, CEO and Founder of Incore Invest.
“We are building on a strong foundation and expanding into bigger opportunities with a selective and high-conviction approach. Traditional finance is shifting towards more innovative and scalable solutions, and we see a great opportunity to support the next wave of transformative businesses.”
Founded in 2022, Incore Invest focuses on growth-stage investments, bringing both sector expertise and deep networks within the European tech space.
Building on the success of its predecessor, the new fund will target businesses with proven revenue models and significant growth potential, particularly in the Nordic and Northern European markets, including the UK.
Incore Invest II aims to provide strategic and long-term capital to companies with established revenue streams, helping them scale without the limitations typically associated with traditional venture capital.
The fund takes a selective approach, investing in businesses with strong fundamentals to accelerate their growth.
The launch comes at a time when the fintech, SaaS, and embedded finance sectors are evolving under regulatory changes such as PSD2/3 and the growing open banking framework.
Incore Invest II intends to capitalise on high-potential opportunities early, expanding its portfolio while deepening its involvement in key investments.
The fund aims to play an active role in driving operational growth through hands-on partnerships.
Despite Europe’s reputation as a hub for financial innovation, growth-stage companies often struggle to secure investment that balances strategic input with long-term growth potential.
Incore believes its new fund will help bridge this gap and support European startups in creating new economic opportunities.
As part of its expansion, Incore has also bolstered its team with the hiring of Kasper Terrvik as Investment Manager.
Kasper, who previously worked in Bloomberg’s analytics department before joining SEB Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst focusing on technology and growth companies, brings expertise in deal sourcing, valuation, and financial modelling.
Kasper Terrvik said,

“Incore Invest is an exciting firm with strong momentum, and the opportunity to help shape and scale a dynamic investment company is highly compelling. With our new fund, we have the mandate to pursue high-growth software businesses across multiple verticals, and I look forward to identifying and supporting the most promising companies in this space.”
